Privacy Policy

How Tivio handles your data. Short version: it doesn't.

Effective: 29 May 2026

Nothing leaves your device. Ever.
No accounts. No analytics. No tracking. No cookies. No ads. No third-party SDKs. No Tivio servers.

1. What we collect

Nothing.

Tivio does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server. We do not operate a backend service. We do not have user accounts. We do not have a database of your activity. We cannot identify you, your device, your IPTV provider, or your usage of the app — because none of that information ever reaches us.

2. What the app stores on your device

Tivio stores everything it needs to function in the app's private local storage on your device (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Android phone, tablet or Android TV):

All of this is local-only. Tivio cannot read it from outside your device, and we have no way to see it. Removing the app from your device deletes all of it.

3. Who Tivio talks to over the network

Tivio communicates with exactly two parties:

That's it. There is no third entity. Tivio does not contact our servers, because there are no Tivio servers.

4. Analytics, tracking, ads

None.

Tivio includes no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting service, no advertising network, no tracking pixel, no fingerprinting, and no third-party telemetry of any kind. The App Store "Privacy Nutrition Label" for Tivio reads "No Data Collected" — the highest privacy badge Apple provides — and the Google Play "Data safety" section reports no data collected or shared.

If the app crashes and you have your platform's diagnostics-sharing setting enabled — Apple's "Share with App Developers" or Android's "Send usage and diagnostics" — the platform (not us) may deliver an anonymized crash report to us via App Store Connect or the Google Play Console. These reports contain no personal data, no IPTV credentials, and no information about what you were watching. We use them solely to fix bugs. You can disable this any time in your device's Settings.

6. Family Sharing

If you share your Tivio subscription through Apple Family Sharing or the Google Play family library, the store handles the access grant. Tivio sees only that your account has an active entitlement. We never know who else is in your family group, nor do we have any visibility into other family members' usage.

7. Children's privacy

Tivio is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone of any age — since it collects no information at all.

8. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar)

Because we don't collect, process, or store personal data about you, there is no data for you to access, correct, export, or have deleted. If you are an EU/EEA, UK, California, or other privacy-law-covered resident and believe we hold information about you, please contact us — and we'll happily confirm in writing that we don't.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy, the "Effective" date at the top will be updated. Any material change — for example, if a future version of the app adds an opt-in cloud feature — will be disclosed in the release notes, on this page, and inside the app before the change takes effect.

10. Contact

Questions, requests, or concerns about privacy: write to support@gridlie.com. We respond within one business day.
